This is a pretty comprehensive list. I have always been a fan of ilovejackdanial's cheat sheets and I have printed many of them out for personal use. I was interested in the cheatsheets that you mentioned for javascript and I noticed you missed my favorite:
Javascript in 10 minutes:
http://javascript.infogami.com/Javascript_in_Ten_Minutes
Here are a few more cheat sheets for the very popular JS Libraries that are available:
Jonathan Snook (the maker of the Prototype Cheat Sheet above) also made a nice one for the mootools javascript library:
http://snook.ca/archives/javascript/mootools_r83_cheatsheet/
A less flashy scriptaculous cheat sheet:

Great list, but you are missing a whole top-level category: Semantic Web development (although *all* the cheatsheets on your list really come under this category, because the Semantic Web is an extension of the existing Web...). Here are some cheatsheets (please add!):
* Semantic Web Reference Card:
http://ebiquity.umbc.edu/resource/html/id/94/
* SPARQL RDF Query Language Reference:
http://www.dajobe.org/2005/04-sparql/
* GRDDL Quick Reference:

I like to use this cheat sheet no matter what I'm programming.
http://ostermiller.org/calc/cheat.html
It has a calculator, ASCII chart, and hex codes. Great for Javascript or figuring out color hex.

That's an impressive collection of cheatsheets (even though some aren't the handy one page varieties, they're still very useful). Really good to have them all in one place.
Now to print some off and add to my file which was mostly the ilovejackdaniels cheatsheets. I hope you continue to add to this post as you discover more.
Thanks!

It's a good point that Danny makes - there is a Semantic Web category missing.
SemWeb is a part of the Web and, while currently there are probably just a few cheat-sheets available for it, its knowledge will play an ever-increasing role in the near future. In Web data "mash-ups", ...
The following is not a cheat-sheet but can still be interesting to many:

Is a big list really that helpful? Google can give me that. Instead, it would be great to identify the very best ones available and link to those so we don't need to open each ourselves to judge them. Or rate each one based on a few categories so people could identify which one would work best for them.
Here is a jQuery cheat sheet I just created in XLS:

and also available in google docs form:
