I’ve gotten a few emails over the last few months about which Bug Tracking software we use, and which I would recommend. The one we currently use is awesome and gets the job done for us. We couldn’t do without it! However, Before posting my thoughts and what we use, I am curious what you use within your organizations, and why?

I use OnTime and love it, although I am starting to look at FogBugz more and more. However I haven`t found a striking reason to switch yet.
We use Bugzilla where I work. Big and heavy. I probably wouldn’t use it for any small software shop.
We’re tracking our projects in Wrike – http://www.wrike.com/ It’s very convenient to use this software for bug tracking as well. We make screenshots and email it to testers with a copy to wrike’s address. Very simple and very fast. Our team like it a lot.

I use FogBugz but will switch to TFS 2008 in the near future.
