		<description>fantastic achievement pal.

I really enjoy going to the gym and feeling the results the day or two after. However, at present i seem to have pulled or damaged a muscle in my middle to top part of my left side of my back, near the shoulder blade. Sometimes it feels like it is stretching, when i simply lean forward. So needless to say, i am laying off the gym until i have sorted it out.

A really good class that i usually do is something called &quot;Body Pump&quot;. Its really good. Give it a go if they do it at your gym.

Best of luck with everything,
