I love to see best practices articles and also about positive thinking….

I like articles which cut past the marketing buzzwords and get to the meat of what it takes to write great software. As an example, consider the skill of debugging. At the surface level, this means knowing how to use the debugging tools at your disposal, like the debugger included in the .NET IDE, but at a deeper level there’s a craftsmanship to it that transcends the tools. A master can with seeming effortlessness hone in on obscure bugs that would confound typical programmers. What is the mindset of such a master, and what kind of habits can one cultivate to become like him or her?
